Hi I have been given the run around for almost an year now to get "We fix Doors"to repair the door they fixed. Keep getting different excuses. Eric tells me they are on there way and then never arrive. My phone calls are avoided now. Had to get Another quote and will now cost me an additional R4000 plus to fix. ***!! IF you cant fix Doors then Change to" WE CANT FIX DOORS" ?
Hi i have asked for a simple upgrade on my account and have been waiting 6 weeks . Is this normal ,seems Nedbank to big for South Africa and has taken a no care to customer approach. Been with them for more than 10 years but cannot get a cheque account upgrade done in 6 weeks. Phoned FNB and opened a cheque account in 20 mins received card 3 days later. Somebody explain????
