Exceptional Service!! I recently got a lower quote from another insurance company and I phoned Outsurance to let them know and I was firm in wanting to move to this new insurer. I had the pleasure to work with a true gem, Elrine Erasmus, she is a true beacon of great customer service and she made me feel like a valued customer and made it a point that they do not want to lose my business. We worked through all the delails and she managed to give me a lower quote than the broker I dealt with. Well done Elrine!! Great service!!! 10 out of 10
STAY FAAARRRRRR AWAY!!! ONE STAR IS TOO GENEROUS. Bought a car last week and collected this car on the 19th of July 2024 from the Silver Lakes Branch. After fighting with the sales person to change the key fob battery on my BMW's only key as this was flat, I finally took delivery of the car. I was extremely happy and drove to my office where my colleague noticed a bubble on the right rear run flat tyre which was located on the side wall. A complaint was submitted and the customer care dept phoned me late yesterday afternoon after I asked my sales agent to furnish me with proof that the tyre was 100% when I took delivery of the car which I have still not received to date, but he is adamant that I am in the wrong. Apparently they spoke to Dekra but when I phoned Dekra yesterday afternoon they have advised that their system was offline since yesterday morning so how did We Buy Cars check to prove my guilt so quickly? I sent them a replacement quote and pictures of the tyre which they could clearly see is still polished like it was when I have received the car 4 days ago. It looked like something sharp cut the tyre, and caused a bubble and it is clearly old damage which was overlooked on their side or most probably covered up to save a buck. If I caused this damage myself I would have not even wasted their time to try and get this fixed but this was not my driving that caused this damage and surely there would have been scuff marks and debris on the tyre if that was the case. They are quick to throw their policies in your face but where is the after sale service?? From the extremely ****y buyer who purchased my previous car to the sales person I bought my new car from right up to customer service, it has been a headache and has put a huge damper on my excitement. I do not enjoy my new purchase anymore as I should as their money hungry tendencies has put a *** taste in my mouth . The only people who I can truly commend for their hard work is their finance team but that is that. My Husband got his car three days before I got mine from this same branch and both our service books are lost, he had a bubble on running surface of his new car's tyre as well but luckily he will be refunded, eventually, when ***s fly. Do yourself a favor and be wise, do not buy a car from this organization, no matter the branch. This was my first and last purchase with them. They cover up mistakes just to get a sale which I think is not only disgusting, it is vile and extremely disrespectful to their customers. Once the deal is through you mean nothing to them, they got their money so the after sales service flips over and dies.......
P. A.T.H.E.T.I.C !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a Temu shipment that arrived at the end of May 2024. The shipment went out for delivery last week and due to address issues they could not deliver, this was to be done by Buffalo. On Wednesday 05 June 2024 the parcel was handed over to Fastway JHB to action a delivery. I managed to change my address to my work address to avoid a return as I am at work from early in the morning and leave when it is dark out. On Thursday 06 June 2024 my parcel went out for delivery only to find out that afternoon that there is a query on my parcel. It seems like the address that did not pull through correctly which I understand and I have spoken to their call center again on the 7th of June 2024 and they have advised that I will get my parcel on Monday, 10 June 2024. I phoned them on the 10th of June and they have advised that the parcel was handed over to the wrong driver and the parcel was returned but they can assure me that I will get my parcel today, 11 June 2024. This morning I have phoned them and they have advised that the driver never took my parcel however, their Operations team can assure me that once their driver is back, they will action a delivery to me. I have phoned them at 15:00 and a very helpful lady picked up and advised that she is in the warehouse and she can assure me that my parcel will be delivered tomorrow morning. I hope this will be the case as I will be getting into my car and fetching my parcel then, whether by force or not. Their service is *** beyond measure. No customer service and no attention to detail. I have ultimately paid for a service that I am not getting. If I could give you advise, STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!! They should not even be in business to be honest.
Best in the business! They revamped our pool in January 2024 and it still looks as fresh as the first day! They even app**** a fresh coat of paint to our roof and it changed the whole look of our home!! I will recommend A&L Maintenance to anyone looking for a home revamp or pool maintenance. In essence the Same Telesales Company, Misleading Job Offerings and misleading growth opportunities. Cold Calling for Ozone machines etc. Definitely a Pyramid Scheme.
We had them ( their trading company We Fix Doors in 8th street boksburg)replace 3 windows at our house today....pathetic is not even the word!! Told them that our dining room windows that needs replacing is tinted so the new windows needs to look the same. After installing the windows and cracking our tiles under the windows we saw that there is no tint. Our other window they chipped out the window and we have pieces of glass laying everywhere. They removed our clear burgular bars to fix the window and came back just before 20:00 tonight to put the rivets back into these bars after the broken windows were removed. They saw that the rivets they brought are too small and left all the wrong sized rivets on the floor and got in their bakkie and left and we asked them about the tint and he had a dum strucked look on his face and continued reversing out of the driveway. I am livid!! The worst of all is that this was an insurance claim. These guys are absolutely useless... I won't even recommend them to my worst enemy!!!!!! I would rather do a long jump over the Kimberly hole than to deal with them ever again!!
