Wiper motor and wiper arms

The sales person by the name of Enock or innocent sold me a wiper motor and wiper arms and he invoiced them upon delivery I found out only the motor is in the wrapped package but the arms are not there called him and promised to sort it out in the morning come this morning he telling me I hv to pay for the wiper arms I asked why then he started shouting at me and sending me insulting messages telling me how I don't have experience in this field ...he is so disrespectful to the point were he is no longer taking my calls...asked for his employer 's number he took 2 hours to send them and the numbers he gave me are on voicemail.... definitely no customer service at all ....please guys u dealing with something else if u decide to visit them...the sales people there not helpful at all till now no help willing to escalate this further since I hv all the proof .
