submitted a claim in August 5 , 2017 with all the supporting documents but i didn't receive any payment. I then I did a follow up only to be told that I have already claimed this year (2017) which was not true because the last claim I did was in December 2016. when the consultant named Zandile phoned to say that I was telling the truth she said my claim was being processed but till today I haven't received any claim from wealthnet
