This is the second compain threy deducted my money ie R6480 i did make loan with them a 1 month loan butvthey make it 12 days with a intrest of 1 month i wrote to hello Peter after 2days they phone me apologising saying they will refind me back but they did not
Im suffering with Nedbank i app**** for a 1month loan from Nedbank i did receive on the 12 July suppisr to pay in August but they took it back after 12days with a fully intrest several i pone them they hang up while im still talking no groceries i made cause no money in my acc
I lost my nephew on the 20th of July i put a claim on the 26 due to late death certificate since it was unatural cause sanlam sky send masage that they receive a claim and it will be processes in 4 hours everyday i receive that masage but i did not receive the money I've phone sanlam sky today 02 08 2019 i told them its a second week since I've kost my nephew i want to do arrangements they said they excalate my request since than no one phoned me even the condolences masage
Helow Peter I'm lindiwe I bought hair cosmetics from Avon they desrtoy my scalp and hair I reported the matter to Avon they give me email to send complain I emailed them back with no respond I pone them again they give me another email to send photos and my complain it's about a month now no repond Kindly attend Lindiwe Khathi
submitted a claim in August 5 , 2017 with all the supporting documents but i didn't receive any payment. I then I did a follow up only to be told that I have already claimed this year (2017) which was not true because the last claim I did was in December 2016. when the consultant named Zandile phoned to say that I was telling the truth she said my claim was being processed but till today I haven't received any claim from wealthnet
LAST YEAR NOVEMBER I SUBMITTED MY CLAIM AND TILL TODAY I HAVEN'T BEEN PAID WHEN EVER I CALL THEM THEY SAY MY THINGS ARE IN THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT. I SPOKE TO KARABO MOIPUSI AND SHE COULDN'T HELP ME SHE SAID SHE CANNOT ACCESS MY INFORMATION AND WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR SHE SAID HE IS NOT IN THE OFFICE SHE WILL ASK HIM TO CALL ME AS SOON AS SHE IS IN THAT WAS A MONTH AGO TILL TODAY WHEN I CALL THEY SAY THE SAME STORY OR SOME ONE WILL CALL ME.
i applied for temporal disability at sanlam sky on the 24 November i did not get any respond until i wrote to helopeter for the firstime they poned me asking what happened i told them that my knee was removed and replaced with artificial as the forms they send me saying tick on the squere ie temporal or permanent they said they wil pone me after 2 days but no one pone me until today i pone sanlam claim department asking the progress of my claim they said im nit qualifying because im temporal disabled i ask why they didnot pone me i didnt get d answer ONE OF THE LIMB IS REMOVED THE POLICY WIL PAY that is written in my policy document
Submitted my claim on sanlam sky on the 16 November 2015 i was to the claim process is only two day a week went by still nothing i called to to check what was going on they said the are some outstanding documents. I submitted those documents and few days letter i was told there are other outstanding document which i dont understand why didn't they mention all the documents they needs which i think it the way to delay the process i then submitted the other outstanding documents the last submittion was on the 26 november 2015 and i am still waiting and everytime i call them the claim is being processed or the computer is offline worse when i ask to speck to the manager he is always out or hes computer is also offline. On the 11 december 2015 i called them again and they said it being processed i must call after three hours when i call back the computer was offline. How come the computers are always offline when they have to process claims but they online when they deduct money from my Salary.
