I bought a Smart watch from Wearfit for my wife. I bought it in March 2021.
When we received the watch, it was faulty straight out of the box. After numerous emails back and forth, I sent it back to Wearfit (In my own costs)
I received it back from them a few weeks later, with some of issues working, but still with some other issues.. One of them, - The watch will just die for no apparent reason and then we have to struggle with different chargers to get it on again... Numerous emails back and forth could not solve the issues.
During July 2021 the watch died again... I then sent it back again per courier on my own costs on 28 July 2021 (Using Aramex) The watch was received by Wearfit on 29 July 2021.
Up until today, I heard NOTHING from Wearfit. I sent email upon email... No reply what so ever..
They are quick to sell their product, but when it comes to after sales service, nothing is forthcoming.
Extremely poor client service.
