I am frustrated that my account was debited by Weaver Cell like they do every month and for no reason my sim card was suspended??? I had spoken to a consultant on Thursday and was told they would sort it out, its three days later and my sim is still suspended. i spoke to another consultant today and was told they dont know when the matter would be sorted out? What is this? what kind of service is this? Weaver Cell was able to debit my account, so i demand this sorted out, this was not my fault, i did my part as a paying customer and this is the service i get??? I DO NOT RECOMMEND WEAVER CELL TO ANYONE. I really regret taking a contract with them.
