My contract with weavacell ended December 2014. I have to date had TWO illegal debit orders go from my account. The latest was 1 July 2015, the amount of R411 was stolen from my account. I immediately emailed them and demanded my money be paid back. I received an email back stating they have requested an urgent refund, this morning an amount of R294.46 was paid back to me. Weavacell kept R116.54 of my money. I have tried calling them this morning, no answer. I have sent an email, and received no acknowledgement or answer as to why I didn't receive all my money back. If one more illegal debit order goes from my account, I will take legal action. Please rectify IMMEDIATELY and pay my money back TODAY.

I paid Weava cell off November 2014 and was told they will send the update on my ITC profile, i even got the cancellation letter however till to date, no update, i emailed them last month, and Nelia Van Den Heever responded saying she will send the update, NO APOLOGY NOTHING, ALL SHE SAID IS I WILL SEND THE UPDATE TODAY.... WHAT HAVE THEY BEEN DOING ALL THIS TIME... this is disgusting service when it comes to taking your money they will do it with a smile but they cant put through a urgent update for their own blunders......

I HAVE HAD A CONTRACT WITH WEAVACELL FOR ALMOST 6 YEARS. I HAVE NEVER SKIPPED A PAYMENT BUT HAVE HAD BAD SERVICE IN THE PAST. MY PHONE SAYS FROM THE BEGINNING OF APRIL, NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK. WHEN I YESTERDAY POINTED IT OUT TO NELIA, WHO RECENTLY HELPED ME WITH A SIM SWAP, SHE INFORMS ME THAT SHE IS UNABLE TO OPEN BOTH MY LINES AND PRESENTED ME THE FOLLOWING THAT SHE CAN DO FOR ME:<br> I can send you a pre-paid sim card with preloaded airtime for the remainder of your contract.<br> We will need a detailed delivery address and alternative contact number for the delivery.<br> This will mean a new number and a new sim.<br> Please let me know should you accept my offer.<br> WHAT GOOD IS THAT TO ME? I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT MY LINES HAVE BEEN CLOSED, I HAVE TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON. I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS OFFER AND I AM WILLING TO TAKE THIS FURTHER SHOULD IT NOT BE RESOLVED. Second time in last 5 months that I cannot use my contract phone with Weava Cell. After a lot of emails back and forth it was said that The number has been suspended and WeavaCell and Vodacom cannot come to an agreement to open the numbers.<br> they did offer a Pre-paid sim card with airtime on it, but my problem is that I have that number for so many years already, and now I have to change it at my bank, schools, security, Insurance, Medical aid etc. <br> I have now stopped my debit order as I feel that the contract has been breached from Weava Cells side, and isn't willing to continue a contract where I cannot keep my number. So much inconvenience caused.<br> so disappointed <br>

On Thursday my line stopped working, I called Vodacom because as usual I could not get through to Weava Cell and was informed that my line was suspended. I was also informed that they had had numerous calls from Waeva Cells clients with the same problem.<br> <br> My debit order always go through so I know my payments are not the problem. I e-mailed Weava Cell and was informed by Neelia van den Heever that they are aware of the problem and would get back to me. After a whole weekend of no service I called them again and was informed that they are aware of the problem and that I must be patient and wait for Neelia to get back to me. <br> <br> I am afraid that my patience has now run out. I am giving Weava Cell until 12:00 today to contact me regarding this issue and if I have not had a response by 12:00 today I will be contacting the Ombuds, ICASA and the Provincial Consumer Affairs Office.<br> <br> We as consumers have rights but are still taken advantage of. All I ask is that I be contacted and kept informed of the progress of the resolution of my problem. I will not disappear and neither will my problem by just ignoring me.<br>

I am frustrated that my account was debited by Weaver Cell like they do every month and for no reason my sim card was suspended??? I had spoken to a consultant on Thursday and was told they would sort it out, its three days later and my sim is still suspended. i spoke to another consultant today and was told they dont know when the matter would be sorted out? What is this? what kind of service is this? Weaver Cell was able to debit my account, so i demand this sorted out, this was not my fault, i did my part as a paying customer and this is the service i get??? I DO NOT RECOMMEND WEAVER CELL TO ANYONE. I really regret taking a contract with them.

What is this? what kind of service is this?
