I HAVE HAD A CONTRACT WITH WEAVACELL FOR ALMOST 6 YEARS. I HAVE NEVER SKIPPED A PAYMENT BUT HAVE HAD BAD SERVICE IN THE PAST. MY PHONE SAYS FROM THE BEGINNING OF APRIL, NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK. WHEN I YESTERDAY POINTED IT OUT TO NELIA, WHO RECENTLY HELPED ME WITH A SIM SWAP, SHE INFORMS ME THAT SHE IS UNABLE TO OPEN BOTH MY LINES AND PRESENTED ME THE FOLLOWING THAT SHE CAN DO FOR ME:<br> I can send you a pre-paid sim card with preloaded airtime for the remainder of your contract.<br> We will need a detailed delivery address and alternative contact number for the delivery.<br> This will mean a new number and a new sim.<br> Please let me know should you accept my offer.<br> WHAT GOOD IS THAT TO ME? I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT MY LINES HAVE BEEN CLOSED, I HAVE TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON. I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS OFFER AND I AM WILLING TO TAKE THIS FURTHER SHOULD IT NOT BE RESOLVED. I DONT WANT A NEW NUMBER, I DONT WANT A PREPAID SIM AND I DONT WANT TO END THE CONTRACT.
