I APPLIED FOR A FNB CONNECT SIM, WHICH I GOT, AND SIM SWAPPED MY VODACOM SIM FOR THE FNB CONNECT SIM. MY PREMIUM DID NOT GO OFF AS IT GOES OFF ON THE 25TH OF EACH MONTH AND I ONLY GET PAID ON THE 7TH OF EACH MONTH. IT DIDNT GO OFF SO I PHONED TO ASK FOR IT TO EITHER GO OFF OR I CAN PAY THE MONEY IN TO WHICH THE PERSON THAT HELPED ME REPLIED THAT IF ITS NOT PAID I DONT GET MY MINUTES AND STUFF AND ITS NO BIG DEAL. THE NEXT MONTH MY SIM WAS LOADED WITH MINUTES AND EVERYTHING AND THEN I RECEIVED A BILL OF R350 ODD. WHEN I PHONED TO PAY IT OVER I WAS TOLD ITS NOT POSSIBLE. SO I LEFT IT. I RECEIVED AN SMS THIS MONTH STATING THAT THE PREMIUM WILL BE COLLECTED ON THE 25TH, SO I HAD MONEY IN MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT WHICH I WANTED TO JUST PAY OVER ON THE 24TH FOR THE DEDUCTION TO TAKE PLACE, THEN ON THE 23RD FNB TRIED TO TAKE THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, WHICH HOPPED AS IT WASNT THE 25TH AND NOW I HAVE UNNECESSARY COSTS FOR THE DEBIT ORDER RETURNED AND IT LOOKS BACK ON MY ITC. IM NOT A HAPPY CHAPPY...AND WHY CANT IT BE COLLECTED ON THE 7TH? EVERYTHING ELSE AT FNB GOES OFF ON THE 7TH.
THE BIRTHDAY PROMOTON WAS ADVERTISED, I HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE THIS MORNING TO BOOK FLIGHTS WITH NO SUCCESS. PATHETIC!!!
I HAVE HAD A CONTRACT WITH WEAVACELL FOR ALMOST 6 YEARS. I HAVE NEVER SKIPPED A PAYMENT BUT HAVE HAD BAD SERVICE IN THE PAST. MY PHONE SAYS FROM THE BEGINNING OF APRIL, NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK. WHEN I YESTERDAY POINTED IT OUT TO NELIA, WHO RECENTLY HELPED ME WITH A SIM SWAP, SHE INFORMS ME THAT SHE IS UNABLE TO OPEN BOTH MY LINES AND PRESENTED ME THE FOLLOWING THAT SHE CAN DO FOR ME:<br> I can send you a pre-paid sim card with preloaded airtime for the remainder of your contract.<br> We will need a detailed delivery address and alternative contact number for the delivery.<br> This will mean a new number and a new sim.<br> Please let me know should you accept my offer.<br> WHAT GOOD IS THAT TO ME? I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT MY LINES HAVE BEEN CLOSED, I HAVE TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON. I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS OFFER AND I AM WILLING TO TAKE THIS FURTHER SHOULD IT NOT BE RESOLVED. I DONT WANT A NEW NUMBER, I DONT WANT A PREPAID SIM AND I DONT WANT TO END THE CONTRACT.
