I complained on the 11/01/2016 about edgars not updating my information with the Credit Buerues, I got a reply 2 days later that someone will call me and fix this yet nothing!!! its been over a month.... did they run out of AIRTIME..<br> This account was settled in 2014 I got the paid up letter, this is affecting me in a very bad way I am even losing job oppertunities because of this... SORT IT OUT OR IM TAKING YOU TO THE CLEANERS THIS IS NO IDLE THREAT!!!!! I ASSURE U
I paid off my Edgards account in 2014 and still have the paid up letter and proof of all correspondence, however, last week i received word from another financial institution that my Credit record was bad due to Edgars still not updating that I paid off the account with the credit bureaus... Ive had this fight quite allot with Edgars and the response I'm going to get yet again (ITS NOT US ITS TRANSUNION) guys fix this please its very unprofessional especially from such a massive company.
I paid Weava cell off November 2014 and was told they will send the update on my ITC profile, i even got the cancellation letter however till to date, no update, i emailed them last month, and Nelia Van Den Heever responded saying she will send the update, NO APOLOGY NOTHING, ALL SHE SAID IS I WILL SEND THE UPDATE TODAY.... WHAT HAVE THEY BEEN DOING ALL THIS TIME... this is disgusting service when it comes to taking your money they will do it with a smile but they cant put through a urgent update for their own blunders......
I have paid edgars off on the 15thof December 2014 and have complained numerous times for them to update with all the credit bureus, everytime its the same thing all they can do is send me a paid up letter... recently they told me they will send another update and it wil take another 20 days however my life has been on hold for the past 5 months they refuse to update my information...... i swear i will sue you if you dont update this and fast. (pissed off) and i got all the emails and you got the recordings of my requests via telephone.
I paid my Edgars account off in full on the 15th of December 2014 till today they have still not sent an update to Transunion and they are still refecting on my ITC record... cmon guys im sure that there is no fine print in your contracts that state if you settle the account may take our time to update, can yal please do your job as i dont owe you anything and dont deserve such treatment!!!!!!
