I paid Weava cell off November 2014 and was told they will send the update on my ITC profile, i even got the cancellation letter however till to date, no update, i emailed them last month, and Nelia Van Den Heever responded saying she will send the update, NO APOLOGY NOTHING, ALL SHE SAID IS I WILL SEND THE UPDATE TODAY.... WHAT HAVE THEY BEEN DOING ALL THIS TIME... this is disgusting service when it comes to taking your money they will do it with a smile but they cant put through a urgent update for their own blunders......
