On the 1st of July 2021 my husband emailed customer service to replace the legs of the Weber. Then it was forward and backwards of emails of him following up if they have received the part etc. Eventually on Monday I posted a complain on Facebook where they responded to my message I then had to send all the communication from the past 6 months to advised what happened. I have not received any feedback, apology or anything about this. We are unable to use the braai as we dont know if it will hold. We absolutely love to braai, but we can not use it. All we want is one leg. That is not too much to ask
