I ordered a new iPhone 13 with my upgrade. I received the device on the 5th of September, we took the phone on the Monday the 9th of September to purchase a cover, protective screen as we didnt want to use the phone without it. The device was ****** out of husbands hands on the 9th of September. We immediately went to the police station to make a case and I blacklisted the phone with Vodacom. As part of my upgrade we received 2 months insurance. However Vodacom does not want to honor the insurance claim as we never used the device. How is that a legitimate reason, I now have to pay for a device for the next 36 months that I dont have and arent able to use. This is an unacceptable reason for not honoring the claim. I am very disappointed.
I need to express my growing dissatisfaction with the service I have been receiving from Zerodebt. I previously submitted a complaint regarding the lack of communication, and following assurances that the matter would be addressed, I agreed to withdraw my initial complaint. Regrettably the promised improvements have not materialized and the issue remain unresolved.
I have been a client of theirs for a while. I have attempted to contact them via email and WhatsApp, but unfortunately I have not received any responses. Their lack of communication has led to a failure in fulfilling the terms of our agreement. I will refrain from recommending their services to anyone in my network

On the 1st of July 2021 my husband emailed customer service to replace the legs of the Weber. Then it was forward and backwards of emails of him following up if they have received the part etc. Eventually on Monday I posted a complain on Facebook where they responded to my message I then had to send all the communication from the past 6 months to advised what happened. I have not received any feedback, apology or anything about this. We are unable to use the braai as we dont know if it will hold. We absolutely love to braai, but we can not use it. All we want is one leg. That is not too much to ask
The service from them and the quality is shocking. We ordered a couch on the 6th of July 2021 within two weeks after receiving it cracks started to appear on the couches and discoloration. We contact them and they advised that its normal we should use sunlight liquid. We did do that but still it didnt work, we gave up as they didnt want to help us. Then 3 weeks ago we contacted them again as the discoloration got really bad and the recliner didn't recline so easy anymore. I then contacted them and they said they will collect the couch but we have to wrap it ourselves as the couriers will not collect it without it. So shocked about this too who does that. Anyway they then send us the wrapping. We informed them on Tuesday to collect the couch they only collected it on Saturday. I then followed up the next Tuesday, only to be told they have done inspection and that there's nothing wrong with it? After 6 months and that thing looked like that, seriously? I asked them if they are so happy with it then they can keep it for themselves and give me my money back, I have not received any communication or feedback since Wednesday, in the interim we are sitting on garden furniture in our lounge.
