Huge shout out to Weber SA!!! I won a weber at a local store and when setting it up realised that it was missing a piece. The shop where i won it from wanted no responsibility and the rep from the company who sponsored it did not even bother getting back to us. I got hold of Weber SA and within a week I had the missing piece in my hands, couriered to my door at absolutely no cost to me.
