2 star experience sold as 5 stars

On arival pubic hair on bathroom floor, booked 5 star room with lake veiw. Got room with veiw of the large bush and noisy neighbours farm workers, chipped cup, dirty chair in stoep, did not replace the coffee the next day, breakfast not 5 star, a bit sad, window frames dirty and paint cracked - more a 2 to 3 star experience but paid for more.
