Staff stand in entrance playing games with each other. Boere wors not good "chips" turned out to be crisps and cheap tamato sauce. Expensive
Breakfast 1 February 2025. Chef lifted omelette with his two hands from pan into the plate. We ordered 2 omelettes with tamato, bacon and cheese and 2 with onions, bacon and cheese. Placed the wrong option at the wrong person. Not asking. All had to swop after taking first bites. Ask for small sparkling water, brings large and opens it before asking if it is ok. Waiter passes cups of coffee by leaning over table, to all patrons from one position. No toast offered or supp**** with omelettes? Many flies, no flame or small table fan.
Responded within 2 minutes from quote request, then took about 20 minutes to ask many questions and got a quote R1400 saving per month. I am busy comparing but Santam (via my broker), King Price and Discovery insure yet to respond 4 working days later
I spoke to a salesman to get a quote on short term INSURANCE. I mailed my present policy to compare, explained that I am a Discovery health, medical aid and bank client. NO RESPONSE
On Thursday I mailed my present insurance and requested for a similar quote. To date no response. Not sure what will claiming be like if that is there turn aroung time to respond.
Had flat tyre, 1km from them. Phoned for assistance. 5 minutes two friendly chaps arrived, inflated tyre, asked me to follow them, directed me onto a ramp. Koos checked the flat and could not find any problem. They assured me it was the valve and that it was stuck but now fine. Charged me zero.
Charged over R1100 (website single rooms for much less), including breakfast. Asked for discount if I did not eat breakfast as I had to leave early. No discount. No TV in room, bar fridge opened and unplugged and no water or milk. Smelly cushions, *******
We have tried on many occasions to cancel 0714009867 , my daughters number. She now resides in Hong Kong. Vodacom even blacklisted her wrongly. I have power of attorney to handle her affairs and need Vodacom to contact me on 072 6615360 to sort out. Nothing yet
Daughter in Hong Kong, tried to cancel her old number. tens of emails, also to mxolisi.khumalo@rewards.co.za No response. Black listed my daughter. I go to a shop, no you must phone, phone and email, no response. Useless company
We have an account with said co. They have broken at least 10 solar panels in last 8 months , 3 in last fortnight. Well packed and marked fragile and when you report they do not give a flip. Very unprofessional. Many other solar companies has same complaint. We are a Solar distributor . ACCced4j0
