I have been using webPrinter for close to 2 years now and we've run projects smoothly, they closed shop for some reason and only to find out that they were changing management/owners. Since the new team came onboard things have been a mess, I depended heavily on their system which was very effective, Im a Graphic Designer and a reseller of their products, which means I work with specific deadlines and I expect my service providers to be on the ball at all times, they have really dropped the ball and Kim their new admin is the worst to deal with, she has absolutely no client etiquette and pretty much doesn't know what is going on. Shirley, the previous admin was great to work with and would engage regarding how far the Job is and what still needs to be done to get the job done. By far the most disappointing experience with this company, especially Kim.
