Poor Service and Risk of Data Loss
Services have been down for a week now. I'm unable to run my business due to this. This is such an inconvenience. Very poor customer support. Literally no response to any of my queries. I highly recommend you look at other web hosting SPs.

Our support ticket queue is flooded and we would like for you to get the personal attention you need. Please reach out to us. The customer support is poor because the load of the support required is higher than the number to support it, due to our prices, which we have barely increased since we started in 2011. And when we do increase it people leave for cheaper vendors, catch 22 situation but what can we do ? We apologise for the slow response on the ticket queue and are doing our best to remedy the situation as fast as we can
