These guys dont know their up from their down. Any time you run into issues, the support team is like a deer in headlights. And the issue, as much as you prove is on their side, their tech team is so defemsive, all they do is blame you. When you show them proof, they complain that it still must be someting on the customer side. Terrible people to deal with.
