Matric dance transport disaster (webtours)

I spoke to webtourgetaway 5 days before my matric farewell. I found a bmw m4 competition for 1500rand and it was communicated that the car is available. Upon paying the 1500 and sending proof of payment, they said it will reflect on their side by the day of the farewell, 3 days after we paid and unfortunately, if it had not reflected, they would not release the vehicle to us. Due to no movement about the funds being seen, we had to cancel webtourgetaway and seek alternative transport on the day of the farewell, 5 December. We then asked them to refund the payment. They then said they will refund. The consultant was called multiple times after many days later when the funds were not projected. To our dismay, the consultant did not answer on the process of the funds being showcased. It's been a week and multiple days and I haven't heard from them. I believe they blocked us from communicating with them.

Apart from the fact that it often takes them time to answer any of the calls we make to them, which is regarded as quite unprofessional, I am outraged by the fact that we might have been ****med by these people.Shame on you webtourgetaway.
