From WeFix to WeBroke

I took my laptop to Wefix in Midrand (Waterfall). No real issue just needed a setting or something changed. Technician says there is something wrong with my USB C port and would quickly fix it. If only I had known!!! The excuses started! They need to buy a part can I come on Friday; then the technician has gone to Cape Town, then the technician took it home with. They give a loan laptop that just has problems - can’t get a word in before it crashes - blue screen and all. Finally the truth comes out. Technician has damaged the motherboard and I need to wait for next week whilst they source a motherboard. My laptop was as good as new. Nice thing I bought outside SA. I have nothing to use - surely they should be replacing it with something of equal value and condition? Silence.
