A very bad service from WE Geysers

We have a geyser installed by WE Geysers. We had a problem with it since April 2019 and have reported to our house insurance who could not help us due to the geysure being under warranty to be fixed or replaced by WE Geysers. Afetr so many attempts to ask them to assist, up until this day the geyser is still leaking and damaging the house. We have emailed, called, but they are not responding. We have emailedd pictures of the geysers nothing. We once received email from Audrey who asked for pictures and after that nothing, since 26 June 2019
