This company sells cheap stuff that either doesnt work properly or works for a day or 2. On top of that when you return and ask for refund, they ignore whatsapp messages. I returned 2 items in December the 5th 2025. Until today they have not refunded me. The last message was that it takes 30 days, today is the 28th of January 2026. I wonder how long is their 30 days from 5 December 2025 to 28 January 2026. There is no help at all . I am convinced they a one of those ****mers online stores.
I have app**** for a phone contract since 2 days ago I am waiting for a call. Nobody has called. I called yesterday someone promised to help me and come back after an hour, she never did, her surname was Ngcobo. So today 25.4 at 13h35 I spoke to Nomfundo Ntshangase at new sales. What a rude person. Firstly I asked to speak to her manager she said she is the manager. When I confirm that later on she changed and denied she said she is a manager. While I was still talking she dropped the call because she knew I'm on her and her rudeness. Telkom service is poor guys. Customer service is even worse there. I am still wondering why did I bother when there are so many companies out there. But I want an explanation how one is a manager and so rude and after few minutes she denied all that. They have recorded calls right? Let's replay and listen together.
Mr Price online and their customer services is horrible. Nothing ever gets done. I bought online and i received y order but i was missing 1 item. since Tuesday 10th i am trying to get my refund but they keep telling me the matter is escallated. I want my refund that is all.. And those people at customer service can be so rude and cut you off without helping. Nokwazi, Thembeka , Thobeka. No skills
it has been months , since June i am waiting for ****ming snatcher to refund me. nothing until today. dorothy maake keeps making empty promises. i am starting to think snatcher does not exist at all. that company must be closed and removed from online list.

THIS ONLINE SHOP CALLED SNATCHER IS TERRIBLE, DESERVES ZERO RATING. THEY SELL FAULTY ITEMS AND WHEN RETURNED THEY DO NOT REFUND CUSTOMERS. I DONT KNOW WHY THEY ARE STILL OPERATING.

I ordered shoes online. I calculated and estimated very well their delivery time because the shoes I needed them for a specific evening function. The order was delivered early in the day. Perfect. I sent uber to go collect from home because i was already at the venue preparing. The evening came, only to find out that one shoe has a security store tag still secured which means i will not be able to wear the shoes. It was difficult even to put the shoe on because wooooow. I was very upset, because it was already late , besides where i was there is no Woolworths store . I could not remove the security by myself. Not to mention that i ended up not attending the function because i could not wear sneakers with the evening wear, thanks to Woolworths carelessness. I am disappointed and I when i sent in a complaint they just responded with a cold apology as if they dont care. I want them to credit me as an apology and to make up for my disappointment.

THEN YESTERDAY I DECIDED TO TEY AGAIN AFTER RECEIVING MY CUURENT INSURER'S EMAIL INCREEASING MY PREMIUM. I SPOKE TO A VERY NICE PERSON WHO TRIED IT ALL BUT STILL THEY WERE EXPENSIVE. HE THEN LOOKED AT MY PROFILE AND ASSURED ME I WILL BE PAID R1500 BECAUSE THEY CANNOT BIT MY CURRENT INSURER AND I HAVE ZERO CLAIMS FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS. ALL OF A SUDDEDN A DIFFERENT PERSON CALLS ME THAT I CANNOT CLAIM FOR R1500 BECUASE THE T'S AND C'S STATES I HAVE TO BE WITH THE INSURER AND THE SAME CAR FOR 3 YEARS. I HAVE BEEN WITH THE INSURER FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS, I CHANGE CARS LONG BEFORE 3 YEARS. NOW THIS INFO IS ONLY AVAILABLE WHEN YOU HAVE TO CLAIM. ON TV, THEY DO NOT MENTION IT, WHEN YOU ARE ON A CALL WITH THEM NOTHING . WHY ARE THEY MAKING FALSE PROMISES TO PEOPLE AND CANNOT KEEP? I WANT MY R1500 OR THEY INSURE ME WITH THE LOWER OR SAME PREMIUM I AM PAYING WITH MY CURRENT INSURER. I SPOKE TO KAGISO FROM THEM AGAIN AND IS TELLING ME ABOUT THEIR TS AND CS. WHERE ARE THESE WHEN THEY ADVERTISE ON TV OR ONLINE EVEN OVER THE PHONE?
they bake delicious cakes and cupcakes for parties and all other events. i have used them for years. their cakes lasts very long, very moist and deliciously soft.
