Pathetic!!!! Paying rent ON TIME ALWAYS for 7 years now. Needed assistance on a new Water Meter Unit as it is outdated. Ideal Prepaid referred us to Weinprop. It was brought under their attention on the 4th of December 2025. It is now the 18th of December 2025 and still nothing was received. My husband called Gila after which she said she made arrangements with me for Friday, the 19th in which she did not. The "driver" made the arrangements with me for Friday as he thought I did receive it as it is two weeks now. That was the reason for me contacting Gila as I started stressing. The "driver" said he had car problems that why he couldn't get to me. How could we be sure the meter will then be delivered???? Because of us sitting AGAIN almost without water, Gila simple said: "I would have but your husband just threatened me so for now please contact Ideal directly.". In other words, we WONT BE GETTING ANY HELP AS IDEAL PREPAID REFERRED US BACK TO THEM!!!!!! My husband did not even threaten her! He did however feel frustrated as Christmas is around the corner and the offices closes. So, I do believe ANYONE WOULD FEEL VERY FRUSTRATED IN A CASE LIKE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. THINK MORE THAN TWICE THAN TO RENT AT BLUE FALCON IN GERMISTON!!!!!!!!!!!! THERE ARE MORE ISSUES THAN HELP AND ASSISTANCE ON THE PROPERTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
