With reference to my order #4668 on October 26, 2018. I inquired about the order on the 9th of November and was told it would be delivered by the 13th. On the 16th I inquired again and was told the shipping was underway and it would be delivered by the 20th. Once again I inquired about this on the 23rd and was told it is already out on delivery and would be delivered that same day. On the 26th I was told it would only be delivered the next day. I spoke with them on the phone and it became clear to me that the bag had never been ready nor would it possibly be delivered before I needed it. I requested a refund and was asked for a letter of account confirmation. I was given a gmail address as the contact for the owner and told that the owners phone was out of order and it was not possible for me to talk with the owner.
After having to follow up once again I was told that the owner would refund my purchase before 12AM on the 27th. At 2PM on the 27th I phoned again, only to be told that the owner will make payment before 8PM. It is now the 7th of December and I have not heard from them since. They are no longer answering the phones.
I made this purchased with the idea of gifting it on the 27th of November, that is a month after I ordered it, well over double the lead time specified on the website. I wish I had seen the reviews on Hello Peter before ordering. I had ordered from them on a friends recommendation. The service from this company is horrible. As an added bonus, they gave away the same item I ordered in a Facebook promotion on the 3rd of November.
