Wendy Lane were required to collect an existing dolls house, and deliver it to a new location. Not only were they late for collection, but on arrival to deliver, the workers would not complete the delivery until they had eaten their lunch (at 11:00). I had taken time off work and had made myself available for the 2 1/2 hours I believed would be sufficient. However by the time I had to leave, the house had not even been taken off the truck. On returning home, it was positioned incorrectly. Wendy Lane insisted on charging me to come out again to fix their mistake. When I challenged this, I was treated disgustingly by a rude and arrogant owner who was not shy to insult me and blame me for the situation. He was aggressive, rude and insulting to me. As a consumer, I have never been spoken to with such disrespect by a company.
