Purchased a second hand vehicle WITH a warranty and Service plan. When we took vehicle to Mazda they would NOT honour the warranty nor the service plan because the vehicle had been in an accident. Weriba did not disclose this fact and when vehicle was taken to Allan Joss Motors they also refused to honour warranty which they had issued at the time of buying the vehicle and after checking the vehicle. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE ORGANISATIONS

My experience at this dealership was one of the worse in my life, the dealer sold us the vehicle that should not have been put on sale ( This sale was through the bank), the vehicle broke down within 24 hours of sale and the dealer did not to take it back. ultimately he technically forced us to sign another contract with him, when we made him aware that we want to buy the new vehicle. The new contract we had to sign as he refused to release the first contract. After this whole lot of occurrences he did not deliver as was expected. For us to get a vehicle we had to go through the lawyers. I am sharing this with other people so they do not fall into the same trap.

At first, the experience was friendly, but it went sour when I discovered that they sold me a vehicle that had work done to it off the books, I discovered that the whole left side of my Amarok bakkie was spray painted a different colour. I had some suspicions two weeks after buying the vehicle as the left side electronics failed. The left door's window motor has also stopped working on numerous occasion.

I only realised the extent of the damage on the vehicle when I took it in to have a scratch fixed on the back left panel of the vehicle. Anton, the car salesmen, specifically sold me a vehicle with the warranty on the paint for Amarok silver, Cornright Motors sprayed my car in Amarok silver, but the car came back in two different tones. The vehicle also had some vinyl stickers on it, and when they removed the stickers the paint came off, revealing the original Amarok silver under the different colour silver layer of paint. I tried to take this up with Anton and co., but I was only met with verbal abuse and empty promises. The company had little to no consideration of the fact that they had sold me a vehicle that did not fulfil the terms as agreed to by the contract both parties signed. Instead, they also kept sending me a contract that they had with the person they bought the vehicle from, to what I understand has little to nothing to do with me.

I've fixed the vehicle now at my own cost, but I write this complaint to make other users aware of this company. Do not trust them, make sure to take any vehicle they sell for a thorough inspection by yourself before giving therm your money.

A

We had purchased a vehicle from the dealership that was damaged. He refused to repair hence we sat with a vehicle that was not operational for 6 months fighting this battle., while paying a monthly instalment. At times BARNIE the owner would set up meetings and not pitch up saying he is on his farm. He would promise to repair with his guys and then lie. on receipt of of the vehicle after it has suppose been repaired we find nothing was done.He would also be verbally abusive, and threatening.

He didn't want to take the vehicle back and refund us.

We have leaned that FNB has removed him as s supplier due to his ethics and Belive he should not be operating

I traded my Nissan Langley for a Toyota corona from this dealer. The Corona was advertised in OLX.The advert stated that the corona has valid documentation(papers).Upon arrival, the sales man Dwyn told me that the corona papers are not kept at their premises but by the bank.

It came as shock to learn that an old car such as that one could still owe the bank.I look at the nature and stature of the company and believed the sales man.To date I cannot be provided with the papers for the corona I purchased from the company.

I went, phoned several times but no one could be of help from the company. It would appear that I was duped or rather robbed of my car.I am pleading with consumers not to consider making any business with Weriba Motors. They are bad people and dont worry about fooling their clients around. It is my friendly warning not to consider buying a car from this dealership.

Hope I am of helpful to the wannabe clients to Weriba Motors.I tried several time to email the owner regarding the matter but he could not respond to my emails.

Thanks JOE.
