INTERCARE MISLEADING PATIENCE
We booked teeth cleaning by Intercare and we were on Affinity dental , they subscribe only to some doctors, they confirmed they are on Affinity dentals panel , thus we made the booking , months later they send me a bill for all the work stating medicak aid didn't pay they are not on their panel, after 3 months in communicating with them to try and sort this out they just go and hand u over, I just had to pay a bill for R1929 by an ekstra R1490 , even though I asked them to help me resolve the matter , they just tell me I signed there papers saying I am responsible they don't have to claim from the medical aid other wise they put me on itc ,, SHOCKING, please stay away from them
