Weskoppies bad after patient care

I am an outpatient at the Weskoppies hosp. I have been waiting for a medical report for almost a week now. One paper that lists my diagnosis and medication I am on. Required for booking me into a rehab facility. I keep on phoning them, went to see them a week ago already AND keep on emailing them..I don't know what to do anymore. I am very sick and they do not want to help me with a medical reference on one piece of paper in order to be admitted to a different facility. Service is extremely poor and they don't take mental illness serious.
