Rain poor customer service, no care attitudes
I had an acc with Rain and cancelled due to relocation.The agent that assisted me with my cancellation told me reinstatement can be done anytime. I tried reinstated and was told it isn't possible anymore. A relative then decided to support Rain at my old address where she resides now. We have been struggling for WEEKS to get ONE order placed for my Gran who is an old age lady struggling to support a business who just does NOT return calls logged. I have encountered SEVERAL issues. 1. My calls do not get returned. 2. I wasted HOURS on the phone trying to get through to sales as support keep on telling me they cannot assist with errors. Seriously? Why are you called SUPPORT then? 3. All online banking details are set up correctly but every single time we place orders we get errors and cannot retry until Rain decides to cancel the order and we have to enter details for the order and check coverage all over again. 4. Your website is poor, sessions keep on expiring and the system is overall atrocious as to say, keeps on loading to pages not relevant at ALL when all we do is follow the steps. I have supported Rain once and tried for a second time now, but the service is absolutely absurd. Weak! Nobody calls me back no matter how many calls we log, and when I call I hold for hours. Getting through to ANY agent they are slow, do not understand the fact that I just need payment error assistance and transfers me around to the entire organization and hangs up on me after wasting money on these calls. I have been kind and explained in PERFECT English what I need. The incompetence is disappointing, I mean in the Rain error message notifications the company cannot even spell correctly. Never dealt with a wifi organization so uneducated before. BAD SERVICE!

Weskoppies bad after patient care
I am an outpatient at the Weskoppies hosp. I have been waiting for a medical report for almost a week now. One paper that lists my diagnosis and medication I am on. Required for booking me into a rehab facility. I keep on phoning them, went to see them a week ago already AND keep on emailing them..I don't know what to do anymore. I am very sick and they do not want to help me with a medical reference on one piece of paper in order to be admitted to a different facility. Service is extremely poor and they don't take mental illness serious.

Awesome service
<p>I am from the East Rand Gauteng and normally gym in the East Rand. I recently moved to Centurion and searched local gyms in Centurion area. I managed to find Virgin Active at Reds mall and Wayne's gym in Eldoraigne area. I decided to check both out before I sign any contracts. Wayne's gym was so kind to give me a two week voucher in order to decide whether i want to become a member. Thank you guys so much! Virgin Active at Reds mall on the other hand REFUSES to let me in unless I pay almost R300 just to have a look around at what equipment they have available. All the people at reception refused me today. They won't even let me through the gate just to see what they offer in the weights section. I will never go there again. Also my girlfriend Bianca viljoen who is a member at Virgin Active Reds is going to cancel her 2 year contract there and join me at Waynes gym as soon as possible. </p>

No entry for a first time look-around unless a ridiculous price is paid.
