Product Quality Failures, Price Increases and Loss of Consumer Trust

I am extremely disappointed with the drastic decline in quality and value at West Pack Lifestyle.

I recently bought toilet bowl cleaner blocks that did not even last four days. Days later I found the same product at another retailer for nearly half the price.

Cleaning products have become significantly more expensive, yet quality has clearly dropped. Storage items warp, crack, and break under normal use. The products look cheaply manufactured and poorly assembled.

West Pack used to represent value and reliability. Today it represents overpriced, low-quality stock.

I no longer see any reason to shop at West Pack when competitors offer better quality at better prices. Unless there is a serious improvement in sourcing and pricing, I will not be returning.

Very disappointed in a brand that has clearly lost its standards.
