Traded in my bike at Gold Rand Harley some 4 months ago. Agreed to have the new bike serviced at a location closer to me and will get refunded the service cost which was included in purchase price. 4 months later after addressing this with 3 sales guys and branch financial manager at the branch, still nothing. The constant lies and blame game from C19 to poor internal communication are absurd. Will never do business with these lying incompetent people again.
