After 5 months, numerous tel calls, emails and 3 postings on HelloPeter still no resolution to my issue with a trust account. Can't even close it as nobody is listening. Pathetic
I'm now into month 4 of my simple request dealing with the most pathetic bank Standard. And 4 attempts on this forum with no resolution of regarding my trust account. This is apparently with corporate business banking who are are closed or completely untrained. I will now get a massage, again, that this is elevated and nothing will happen. Oh and I have 3 different relationship managers . PATHETIC
Standard Bank - complete lack service I have finally resorted to use this platform as for the past 3 months I have been unable to receive any assistance with a small issue and listening to irritating music while I'm put on hold. To me it's a simple issue. I have been with Std Bank since '74, had ups and downs like anybody with any bank. I have a few accounts, current, credit , bond and a trust account. For the past 3 months I have been unable to obtain any info required by SARS for the trust. Tried my relationship managers, private bankers, business bankers and corporate bankers. All blaming each other with absolutely no resolution or basic feedback. Nobody is allowed to give me contact details of a superior , I'm told that my issue has been elevated. I have their app but for some unknown reason my Trust account is no longer available on the app. The lack of any feedback and communication between all their divisions is staggering. And I'm lucky , imagine if I didnt have a personal banker, relationship manager and all those important things. So it's of to the opposition, took me 10 minutes to open an account , get a credit card. So needless to say I had a call from a lady assuring me that my business is very important to them and she will "escalate" to corporate business. And I will be contacted with a resolution of my problem. Well guess what not even she could get any response. So here we are now 3 months and 3 working days later and still no response. This bank is beyond dismal

I’ve been doing business with Bike Freight for many years and have always had a good experience. Will continue to use them for my future bike transportation requirements. 👍👍
traded in my bike some 4 months ago. Part of the agreement was that I could service my new bike at a dealership closer to where i live. Obtained a quote as requested, this was approved and I proceeded with the service. For the past 4 months I have waited for my refund. Discussed this regularly with the original sales rep, who now left an 2 others. No help. I was finally given details of a financial lady. Besides blaming C19, poor internal communication and everything else she could think of, I was assured that I would be receiving my payment within the next week. Needles to say nothing received and no communication from HD. Having called her today, more apologies and i will be paid as soon as possible. Interestingly she’s not allowed to give me contact details of the group directors. So I have now posted my total disgust on social media.
Traded in my bike at Gold Rand Harley some 4 months ago. Agreed to have the new bike serviced at a location closer to me and will get refunded the service cost which was included in purchase price. 4 months later after addressing this with 3 sales guys and branch financial manager at the branch, still nothing. The constant lies and blame game from C19 to poor internal communication are absurd. Will never do business with these lying incompetent people again.
