I took in my car for repairs 4 weeks ago and since I have been calling on a weekly bases to check on the status. Week 1 I called the Monday and was told they are waiting on parts and car will be going for paint on Wednesday. Following week 2. Monday I was told parts were delayed but received car is being assembled for paint, week 3 I'm told the car is done just the mechanical/alignment has to be done, needless to say it's week 4 now I just spoke to Shane the panelbeater manager he tells me the vehicle it's only been masked now/today for paint. Meaning all the while I've been **** to about the progress and I'm the 1 that's doing calling and communicating nothing from the panelbeater and on week 4 only Shane the "manager" tells me his short staffed again I ask is it my problem that his stuffed?
