May please have a case update 500397, I haven’t heard a word since last year September/October, I have sent countless texts and emails and still no feedback. after i have sent pictures and videos of proof that webuycars did no disclose that the car was burnt inside on their dekra
Good day, I find it very unprofessional and disappointing that such a big firm as Employment Law Veritas did not see that this case has merits from the onset, and had I not sent you an email on the 23rd of January 2025 following the con/arb in December 2023 you were not prepared for this case and left it for last minute to tell me a day and half before the case that you won't represent me is extremely appalling. You could've atleast afforded me a chance to look for representation elsewhere. This goes to show how ill prepared lawyers you are. The lawyer that called me on the 24th of January 2025 was so unprofessional I could've sworn his employed by massmart as he was singing them praises The consultation I had on Saturday aswell, the guys consulting didn't have the case file nor a clue what was happening in the case. I hope you don't treat all your clients in this manner. Regards
Their dekra reports are *****ulent, Please do not trust and no after sales care for clients. Do not disclose critical information about the car for sale
The dekra report from these people is far from different to what they sell you, I recently complained about the car I was sold as the I was sent a burnt car and it was covered. Had I not removed the ceiling for re upholstery, I wouldn't have known, I have sent videos to EtneeF@webuycars.co.za who is equally as useless. Fuse box, engine bay, roof and panels by the seatbelt is burnt, I guess they sell burnt cars. You better off buying from a salvage than webuycars
I bought a car on auction and the problem started with the lack of communication by the sales rep delays in delivery. I finally got the car delivered however the dekra report and what I received were 2 different things. Needless to say the filth and also that the car has burnt interior only notice when the valet is and under the roof ceilings. Theo is the salesperson. I don't know why they neglected to mention as this was an online auction and the burnt marks are visible
The salesperson only cares about the cars being there after you are on your own, how do i cancel this deal? The car was bought and paid for on the 8th and it's the 20th today its hasn't been booked for transportation because you do not answer your calls. I should be receiving the car next week and I'm only being told now that Monday the 23rd is day 1. I have a job lined up that's the reason why I bought the car
I took in my car for repairs 4 weeks ago and since I have been calling on a weekly bases to check on the status. Week 1 I called the Monday and was told they are waiting on parts and car will be going for paint on Wednesday. Following week 2. Monday I was told parts were delayed but received car is being assembled for paint, week 3 I'm told the car is done just the mechanical/alignment has to be done, needless to say it's week 4 now I just spoke to Shane the panelbeater manager he tells me the vehicle it's only been masked now/today for paint. Meaning all the while I've been **** to about the progress and I'm the 1 that's doing calling and communicating nothing from the panelbeater and on week 4 only Shane the "manager" tells me his short staffed again I ask is it my problem that his stuffed?
Gadgets delivered on time and after service support is excellent
Very bad service, I bought doors on Thursday and was told they will be delivered Monday I did not get my delivery, I got that it will be delivered Tuesday still no delivery, I got another call yesterday and was promised doors will be a priority delivery Wednesday morning I still have not received my doors. I just called and spoke to Tebogo from dispatch who told me the doors 🚪 are still being loaded it's 12:30pm and this was supposed to be a priority delivery. The same Tebogo I told to confirm with the driver I'll stay on the line just hung up on me. This is very disappointing 😞
Good day, Please see attached screenshots of all emails with Mlungisi Mcatshulwa dating as far as the 3rd of March, I have kept my end of the bargain by you the amount required with promise that that's the only debit that will go through. I have had 2 debits from atlas 25th of March and 25th of April. I don't want an explanation and it's clear that this issue is above Mlungisi's pay grade as he makes promises he can't keep.
