Having had a door to door salesman from west rand reaction unit banging on my gate with a rock to attract my attention and chipping the paint in the process I called the company to express my annoyance. the lady that answered the phone started to listen to me but once I started to complain the line went dead. I called back and the call was answered by a man who said he was in the control room. having explained the problem there was an obvious lack of interest but a possibility of passing on the complaint to the sales department. the telephonic attitude of the 2 people I came into contact with was enough to convince me that, should I be looking to change my security company, this one would not even be on my list.
