Two weeks ago I took my boat in for a quote on repairs, this on a Friday. I was told that somebody would get back to me on Tuesday with a quote. Come the next Friday, still, nothing, so I call and get told they will get somebody to call me back with a qoute. Today, another week later I call again and get told the same thing. By the end of day still nothing so I decide to visit the shop. At the shop there is no boat, it has been taken off site but nobody can tell me anymore than that. Very livid I now leave the shop before I say or do something I am going to regret, and an hour later I call back and ask to speak to somebody in charge, I am then put through to Saaid. This person then tries to put the blame on me saying that he told me they do not usually work on anything other than DM Craft, not Carp King. I was so angry at this attitude that I could not speak so I put the phone down again. 20 minutes later I was called with a quote that was very reasonable, but because I was so upset i asked for some time and I will get back to them with an answer, only to be told that I must be hasty about it because they cannot hang onto this job forever. All that was needed right in the begining was an apology and a commitment to endevour at better customer service, it would have made all the difference in the world. But obviously this is too much to ask of Western Accesories. I will take my boat and my business elsewhere, just down the road to Mias in fact.
