VERY DISAPPOINTING AFTER SALES SERVICE

I will never recommend this store to anyone. I bought a brand new fridge which is currently one of the most hated purchases I've ever made. It's a leaking DEFY with a missing part. It had glitches from the first day. I notified the store managers (Chidzani, Kenneth and even Samy was included in correspondence) and they've literally passed me off to DEFY... Who still haven't called. They don't have ts and cs. I was told they have by Chidzni, then suddenly Kenneth said it's actually Defy's. I believe it's to ensure they always have the advantage over customers.
