NO FIRST AIDERS, NO FIRST-AID KITS, NO CENTER MANAGEMENT ON DUTY
NO FIRST AIDERS, NO CENTER MANAGEMENT ON SITE, NO FIRST AID KIT. A customer collapsed today and another customer who happened to be a nurse along with two other individuals had to take care of a customer. There was no first aiders in the entire mall which was extremely full today. This is highly unprofessional for a mall which was so busy and during a pandemic. All center management personnel were off duty and an emergency (possible covid case) occurred. I’m really disappointed in the lack of care for your customers and they’re well being. Is this just a money making business that you don’t care about your customers safety and health???? Utterly Disgusting WESTGATE MALL MITCHELLS PLAIN.

24 Dec 2021, 16:25Don’t get sick at westgate mall. They won’t take care of you. It’s more likely that a customer will be your savior than the mall itself. They really don’t care.
