I requested to get service for the MG HS 2025. First I struggled to get assistance by phone and I was sent from pillar to post. I then walked in and the poor service just for booking in the vehicle was blamed on it being the first one to be brought in. I was told that I should bring the car in two days but it will be confirmed the following day but dololo no confirmation. I then proceeded to the dealership on the day promised but only to find that the vehicle is not booked in. They started running around giving excuses that it is the first so the system is not ready. I now even doubt the level of quality service done on the vehicle.
The whole staff mood is just annoying...
