I came to bring in 11 months old battery that's no longer charging. Lucky enough I still have the receipt. Guess what, I got to be asked what's wrong with the battery, when last did it worked. After that the gentleman says Im going to test the battery. Then he comes back to say the battery needs to be charged. The whole experience took about an hour. It's bad!
I requested to get service for the MG HS 2025. First I struggled to get assistance by phone and I was sent from pillar to post. I then walked in and the poor service just for booking in the vehicle was blamed on it being the first one to be brought in. I was told that I should bring the car in two days but it will be confirmed the following day but dololo no confirmation. I then proceeded to the dealership on the day promised but only to find that the vehicle is not booked in. They started running around giving excuses that it is the first so the system is not ready. I now even doubt the level of quality service done on the vehicle. The whole staff mood is just annoying...

I took my jeep and these guys took about a month with my car. I got frustrated, I wrote here and on the other platforms I could find. Today I am here to say they did a great job on my car
I come to collect at the Pick up Point in Louis Trichadt (Makhado) but the shop is closed. It seems like the phone of the person with the key is off. What a shame!
I purchased iPhone 5s 16G at Vodacom The Grove and insured it. This was in April 2015. In June 2015 (2 months later) the phone could not charge anymore. I sent it back to the store for repair and was informed that it was to be sent to vodacom repair centre in Potch, which they did. To my suprise I was informed that there's mismatch between the serial number and IMEI, so the phone could not be repaired. I was advised by the agent at callcentre 0821944 to submit the box which I did but it was still not repaired. The store manager, at the Grove, confirmed the purchase but indicated there was nothing she could do, and advised that I approach HeadOffice. My phone is not working till today. I,m so frustrated.
I submitted required documents as advised through call center but have been sent from pillar to post. First person indicated when I inquired that issue has been the banking details I resented on the claim form which differs from one on the system. I then sent ID plus Bank statement of the new banking details but still no action. When I called again I was told that yes ID copy and statement have been received but no claim form...WHAT THE HELL!
