What a pleasure to work with Erika. I enquired about a part for my Dodge and Erika did inform me that they don't have it in stock, but they can order it. I did make a payment so they can order the parts for me. Erika kept me updated about my parts i ordered and 5 days later I received my parts for my car, that was delivered by courier guy. I will do bussiness with them anytime again. Thank you Erika

These guys are massive ****mers. Paid for a part in Oct 2025 and never received the part. Tried on two more occasions to buy parts as I now have credit with them but not even possible. There is absolute no feedback. E mail and whattsapps are read and just ignored. No other way to contact them. Stay away from these guys

Do not deal with this company - we are awaiting refund since January. They ignore phone call and emails. They sell parts they do not have in their possession, take the money for it and do not refund you.

Do not trust them. **** ! Mid of February I ordered a parcel tray for my LR Freelander 2. Invoice looked professional so I paid. Then I was informed they would send it via Courier Guy. Courier Guy informed me they could never pick up any item. So it just did not exist. When I complained Brits Brothers responded only once then never again. I will open a ***** case now. If you do not want to loose your money stay away from them.

I bought a turbo from them and they delivered the wrong one, they told me to bring it back which I did, that was October 2025, Since then no one cares at all as I have been sending WhatsApps that they should refund my money, I'm still not attended to date. Extra bad service from this guys and I'm even thinking they are ****mers who only needs your money.They will tell you to send WhatsApp but they will never interact with unless you are giving them money.

****STERS - No office or direct contact number. Everything runs via WhatsApp and then they ignore you. A couple working from home that operates as a middle man to sell second hand parts, when you receive the parts - its broken, return parts but never get your refund. They rolling money from one customer to the next, cannot refund the money we paid! WORST COMPANY TO EVER DEAL WITH - DO NOT TRUST THE VISAGE THEY PUT UP WITH HAVING A WEBSITE ETC. NO REFUND AND BEEN IGNORED..... **** **** ****

The customer service was top-notch and the product exceeded my expectations. All thanks to Ryan who gave me the best customer service when I bought U- Renault kiger LHS LWR headlight of which I was running short of R450, he paid it for me out of his own pocket. There are no words that can describe how thankful I am for his assistance.
