When I bought my Citroen c3 1.2 feel 2924 from them I was deliriously happy not knowing that 12 months down the line, I would pay for their wack service due to failed car registration and I received a ticked of R1500, which they promised to settle and never did. On Thursday 04 Of December 2025 I went there for my first 15000km minor service, however, the consultation process was filled with attitudes, my details were captured incorrectly and I requested corrections, they gave me a run around. When I received the bill for my service, things mentioned there, only two were done of which is the oil change and the oil filter, however, the rest were not changed. They also claimed to replace the sump plug gasket, yet they put silicon and never changed anything. I'm very disappointed.

On the 3rd of July I saw that my petrol gauge wasn’t working, I drive to the service centre to report it. Few days later the car was booked in and it stayed there for weeks, during its stay I had to call them asking for feedback, they are very bad with updating clients of the status of the car. They told me they replaced all the faulty parts. The on the 18th September the car just switched off and I had it towed there, they said there is no fault on the car but gave me a lousy advise that i should never let my car be on empty just to be safe. I refused to take the car citing that if it had no problem, they wouldn’t be giving me such advice. I went to fetch the car and drove it for few days. Then again on the 09th of October while driving at night the car just switched off and could not start. I had it towed back to them AGAIN and it stayed there for 3 days NO FEEDBACK whatsoever from any of them, I drove there on Friday the 11th October just for feedback. The Service manager who didn’t give a rat ass of the situation promised to “investigate” and the foreman promised to call me the following day Saturday the 12th October which non of them fulfilled the promise. Today is the 14th at 12:11 and still non of them has bothered to give me any feedback, I will have to call them more than 10 times just to get someone who will “promise to call back”. All of these is happening on a car which doesn’t even have 20K on the clock. The service centre has no working formula in ensuring smooth operations as far as dealing with customers. If there was an alternative solution I honestly would opt for it. They have given me a ****py service also in December 2022 and after I gave them a bad review, they called and apologized and promised nothing of that nature will ever happen. This is my second Opel car but after this one im done with any car that will make me deal with these people
