Lack of communication by their 3rd part service provider Fixico. I submitted a claim last week Monday and was told Fixico is a selected repairer. I submitted everything they asked for on Wednesday (13th August) but even today they haven't submitted a report to King Price. I am always the one calling to find out what is the status update. There is no sense of urgency and their lack of communication as far as updates is pathetic. I had to call twice just to ask them to send me the WhatsApp text they promised to send. If I have to ever claim from King Price, please don't ever let me deal with Fixico ever again. I can not be having the stress of not having a car and following them around just for updates. Another client who claimed after I claimed have had their claim all sorted out their repair order has already been created, while I sit here running around for a mere report.
Justine was professional and articulate and patient. She explained everything in detail
On Tuesday the 29th October I took my car to Toyota Polokwane. I was bit worried looking at the number waiting to be serviced that I will be there the whole day. The service I received was awesome, service advisor Bianca Swanepoel took her time to explain everything and gave advices of what I need to look out for in the near future. The driver who transported us was friendly and engaged on several general conversations. The car didn’t stay in the service bay for long, I was greatly impressed. Keep up the great work
Went to fit a towbar on my Fortuner, they were fairly priced and did an excellent job. Im happy
On the 3rd of July I saw that my petrol gauge wasn’t working, I drive to the service centre to report it. Few days later the car was booked in and it stayed there for weeks, during its stay I had to call them asking for feedback, they are very bad with updating clients of the status of the car. They told me they replaced all the faulty parts. The on the 18th September the car just switched off and I had it towed there, they said there is no fault on the car but gave me a lousy advise that i should never let my car be on empty just to be safe. I refused to take the car citing that if it had no problem, they wouldn’t be giving me such advice. I went to fetch the car and drove it for few days. Then again on the 09th of October while driving at night the car just switched off and could not start. I had it towed back to them AGAIN and it stayed there for 3 days NO FEEDBACK whatsoever from any of them, I drove there on Friday the 11th October just for feedback. The Service manager who didn’t give a rat ass of the situation promised to “investigate” and the foreman promised to call me the following day Saturday the 12th October which non of them fulfilled the promise. Today is the 14th at 12:11 and still non of them has bothered to give me any feedback, I will have to call them more than 10 times just to get someone who will “promise to call back”. All of these is happening on a car which doesn’t even have 20K on the clock. The service centre has no working formula in ensuring smooth operations as far as dealing with customers. If there was an alternative solution I honestly would opt for it. They have given me a ****py service also in December 2022 and after I gave them a bad review, they called and apologized and promised nothing of that nature will ever happen. This is my second Opel car but after this one im done with any car that will make me deal with these people

I was helped by Jacqueline She timelessly kept updating me of the process; eventhough I could see the process progress on the website she took it upon herself that she also explained everything in detail. The service she gave was of highest standard. Should you recruit more employees in the near future, look the qualities Jacqueline has. Thank you Renew-It Randburg. I’m happy
