Never ever go to Westville Hospital

I honestly don't know where to start,

From being rushed to casualty for severe abdominal pain, to investigations finding gallstones and gastro issues,

Upon being admitted I was seen by surgeon TV P. Upon review of my medical aid, the doctor looked at me and said he couldn't help me due to my medical aid not covering the way he does a gallstone removal via laparascopy, my medical aid paid for another procedure that he doesn't do.

I then immediately got upset and asked so if you won't assist me what am I here for, he then went on to advising that my gallstones with found coincidently and repeated and harped on my medical scheme,

24 hours later, I am in agony at home on my bed after going back to westville hospital for assistance with a referral letter for me to get into A different hospital. From the head matron to Mark the doctor management, all rude useless and ************** on a whole new level

I am lost for words with the private Healthcare system.
