I sent a set of rims to Wheel collision Cape Town for refurb. They quoted me over R10k , I accepted because I have used them before and they did good work. When collecting them I noticed the inside of the rims were half painted , I took them regardless because they already took more than a week later than promised So I painted them myself. A few days later I noticed the one wheel losing pressure , after close inspection I found a bubble in the paint on the rim and that is where the air is escaping . I called Chris the manager at Wheel Collision Cape Town and he came to me and promised to give it his personal attention and correct the matter. A few months later I noticed that same wheel losing pressure again and again a bubble in the paint on the rim . I contacted Chris again and he offered to collect and repair again but what would be the point if they cannot do it with all their modern equipment they brag about and the manager giving it his personal attention .
