DO NOT BUY WHEES FROM THIS MAN U PAY THEY SAY THEY GNG FIT IT FOR I BUT THEY BLOW YOUR TYES DONT APPLOGISE AND THEY EXPECT YOU THEN TO BUY NEW TYRES FORM THEM look at the type of response u get when trying to sort the problem out with owner they dont reply they are absolutely pathetic

This will allow us to identify any issues with fitment as you have claimed, this will also allow us to state the facts and prove this by providing photos with information on each photo.
Before we proceed we first need to clarify the facts.
1) WHEN YOU VISITED THE STORE YOUR VEHICLE HAD A SPARE WHEEL MOUNTED, THE TYRE WHICH YOU CLAIM WAS DAMAGED BY OUR STORE WAS IN THE BOOT OF YOUR VEHICLE.
2) UPON REMOVING THE RIM AND TYRE IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE TYRE WAS INDEED ALREADY FLAT (ZERO PRESSURE).
3) WHEN YOU ENTERED THE STORE YOU REQUESTED A TYRE PRICE FROM 2 SALES PERSONS, THE SIZE YOU REQUESTED WAS AN 18INCH TYRE PRICE, SAME AS THE DAMAGED TYRE.
4) YOU ALSO INDICATED THE REASON FOR REPLACING YOUR MAG WHEELS WAS BECAUSE THE EXISTING MAGS ARE DAMAGED AND HAVE BEEN REPAIRED SEVERAL TIMES, THE RIM ON WHICH THE DAMAGED TYRE WAS MOUNTED HAD A CRACK, WHICH YOU ALSO CONFIRMED AND WERE FULLY AWARE OF.
While the fitment staff always endeavor to try and use extreme caution when removing or fitting tyres we cannot be held liable for tyres already damaged. We have taken several photos of the actual tyre in concern and have uploaded the photos proving this tyre was not damaged here, in fact it had already been damaged as the photos outline the tyre was driven on low pressure or zero pressure for a while. There is extensive damage to the sidewall of the tyre, Inside facing and Outside facing, furthermore the inside wall of the tyre confirms the facts that the tyre has been driven on low pressure and this would not have been visible to the customer, it only became apparent once we removed the tyre and by then the customer refused to accept the facts.
Although we can confirm this tyre was not damaged by the store we further tried to assist the customer by offering another tyre at a discounted price and was refused.
We regard this matter as closed and should the customer wish to contact us we will be happy to assist.
