STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS VEHICLES FULL OF FAULTS
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!! If I could give 0 stars I would, they are horrible on all fronts from the actual vehicle to the worst service. My husband brought a vehicle from them and the bakkie overheated in the first 30km as my husband drove the thing from the dealership, then they have the cheek to say my husband must not have driven the vehicle, like what??!! We then gave them the chance to fix the vehicle out of the goodness of our hearts although our intuition told us to tell them to rather cancel the sales, I regret that we did not cancel the sale, they took almost a week before getting the vehicle to us and then when the vehicle got to us eventually the vehicle had an oil leak and the engine misfired, we then with our time and money we paid for diesel took the vehicle to an RMI accredited mechanic to look at the bakkie and he said the pipes they did over when it burst when my husband first drove the vehicle was not done to manufacturing standards and that we could not drive the bakkie in this condition and that it had to be fixed, they refused and only offered to fix the oil leak after how many weeks of struggling with them and wasting of our time, they also said we can take them to miosa if we are not happy with this and we then decided enough is enough we are done struggling with them and are currently in a legal case against them but it is a long process and we are now sitting with this vehicle, please STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS, they do not care about you at all and when the vehicle is sold they don't care at all about you anymore just happy they got their money, here on hello peter there is just 2x 1 star reviews but on their google there is 15x 1 star reviews, please do your homework before doing business with this place and stay as far away as you can! I have so much regret that we bought a vehicle from them and people deserve to know how they do business, so please my advice is avoid buying a vehicle from them at all costs, for us it was a terribly dissapointing and sad experience as it was the first vehicle we bought and it was a horrible experience.

Refusal of deposit refund.
I was interested in buying a vehicle through Wheeltraders. I paid a holding deposit on the vehicle while applying for financing. My financing was rejected. Now Wheetraders is refusing to pay back my deposit. I need it urgently.

Wheeltraders- Parow
Ek het met Jacques Magson van die Parow tak gewerk om 'n motor te bekom. Vinnige, effektiewe diens is ervaar en daar is uit hul pad gegaan om my te bedien. Ek beveel Wheeltraders in Parow aan vir enige iemand wat nuwe wiele soek. Dankie Jacques vir n besonderse diens!

STILL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! BEFORE AND AFTER SALES.
I worked with Wayne who sold me my very first Mercedes. It was an absolutely bitter sweet moment and overall a really great experience. I feel like I was taken care of throughout every step of the process and he never failed to look out for my best interest when looking for a new vehicle. Highly recommend!!

Baie ongelukig van Trawal
My ondervinding met Wheeltraders is glad nie so goed soos die res van jul sin nie. In die begin het hul my goeie diens gegee net tot ek my voertuig ontvang het. Van daar af is dit een belofte op n ander een maar geen hulp nie. Ek bly 300km van hul af. Ons is nou in seisoen tyd en daar is nie tyd om te sukel of af te vat nie, soos ek vir Wayne gese het. Wayne die sales man het belowe "JJ I will sort you out don't stress" my 1 probleem is nog steeds nie op gelos nie. Die "water trap sensor" 2 probleem olie lek op diff en gearbox. Die 3de probleem moes ek uit sorteer want ek kanie sonder n voertuig nie. Dit het my R3500 gekos. "poelie op die alternator" Ek kanie my lesensie skuif uit neem op my voertuig nie want hy was die 27ste Nov 2023 deur "roadworthy" dit is net geldige vir 21dae, ek het eers die papier om die lesensie te doen die 14 Jan 2024 ontvang. Dan praat ons nie van die glade spaar wiel nie en ook nie van die "sunvicers en spare wheel drop spanner" wat nou al belowe word dat dit vir my gestuur gaan word maar niks word gestuur nie. Vandag het die voertuig in limped mode gegaan. All wat Wayne se is " email me" Dan is daar die issue met die kluster wat verander is op die voertuig en die oorspronklike km wat op die voertuig was, was nie aan my bekend gemaak nie. Ek het ook gevra of die voertuig in n ongeluk was en Wayne se antwoord was net links voor. Daar is tekens dat die voertuig oor gespuit was. Ek was laas maand moedeloos so veel so dat ek "Cpa" toe gegaan het. Hul prokereurs verlang n groot deposit van my wat ek nie het nie. Ek het 45jaar lank gewag vir die dag wat ek my eie 4x4 kan kry en het ek een wat niks werd is vir my nie. Ek wil baie graag met die eienaar praat maar Wayne wil nie sy nommer vir my stuur nie.
