When into Wheelzonline's physical shop. Located in boksburg to look a kawasaki z800. The price was advertised for R105 000. I was highly interested and continued to apply for finance.

The lady who helped (Eloise), can back and told me that Westbank requested a R45000 deposit on the bike. Which was odd for we have financed 4 other vehicles which were way more expensive and non of them required a deposit. We have a great credit score.

I contacted Westbank to query this and they said they there is no need to put a deposit. It would be up to us to decide that and that it was odd that the bank contact the dealership about that and not that us, who was purchasing the bike.

It's a ****. The customer thinks that they have put down a deposit, only later to find out when they plan to settle the vehicle. They still owe and extra R45 000.

These guys pocket your so called deposit without you knowing.
